General information: Will studied at the University of Manchester and at the College of Law in Chester. He practised corporate law at a leading central London firm for ten years before moving to Gamlins in May 2011. He advises clients on the sale and purchase of companies and businesses, banking documentation, company reorganisations and the drafting of shareholder agreements and commercial contracts.
He also advises clients on corporate finance matters such as reverse takeovers, placings and admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
In his spare time Will enjoys country life with his young family and is a member of the Territorial Army in Chester.
