Richard, originally from South Wales, lives in Mold with his wife and two young children.
He qualified in 1996 and joined Aaron & Partners in Chester where he worked for four years before moving to join the commercial property team at DWF, Liverpool.
He left DWF in 2003 and joined Perkins in Manchester where he became a partner in 2005, leaving there to set up Knight McGoldrick in 2007.
Richard has considerable expertise in acting for property developers in connection with site acquisitions and subsequent plot sales. He also acts on behalf of a number of lenders in dealing with secured funding work.
His interests include rugby and listening to music.
