Matt specialises in all aspects of Employment Law and Commercial Litigation. Matt is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is experienced in representing employees where they have been unfairly dismissed, discriminated against or are owed money by their employer. Matt also acts for local businesses advising on how to avoid problems with employees and can assist by providing employment contracts and policies, as well as defending proceedings brought in the Employment Tribunal. Matt also advises Claimants and Defendants in all areas of commercial litigation, including building and construction disputes, contract disputes and debt recovery. Matt can also advise on all other aspects of general commercial and business matters and has a strong focus on giving practical advice.
In his spare time, Matt is a keen swimmer and enjoys competing in triathlons.
