General Information – Although born in Liverpool, Dawne has lived in Denbigh all her life and is well known in Denbigh and the surrounding communities. Having worked for 15 years for William Jones and Talog Davies, one of our predecessor firms, Dawne studied with the Institute of Legal Executives and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute in 2008 with a Distinction in Conveyancing Practice.
She now heads the Conveyancing Team in our Denbigh branch, dealing mainly (but not exclusively) in residential freehold and leasehold transactions, auctions and agricultural land transactions. Dawne maintains excellent relationships with local estate agents and solicitors and strives to ensure that the conveyancing process is as swift and stress free as possible for her clients.
In her spare time, Dawne is the Treasurer for the North Wales and Chester Branch of the Institute of Legal Executives. Dawne also enjoys spending time with her family and friends indulging in long countryside walks, visiting National Trust sites and monuments, swimming and gardening.
